The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. We will not add you to a mailing list — in fact we don't even have a mailing list.
How do we protect your information?

In most cases, clients pay in advance for the work to be done. Refunds are happily given when requested for work that has not been completed or will not be completed. For instance, if you paid for a translation of a 2-page document and, during the translation process we realize that both pages are identical, we will refund you the amount paid for the second page. Any requests for refunds for work that has already been completed, whether delivered or not, or partially completed will be reimbursed at the discretion of Babble-on Inc.
